CLEVELAND ? September 18, 2002 ? Steven M. Garfield joined DKW Capital Markets LLC as a Senior Associate Principal in the Cleveland office. Mr. Garfield's experience focuses on the area of mergers and acquisitions, specializing in the manufacturing industry. In 2001, he negotiated the acquisitions of a $20 million metal fabricating company. He is a member of various mergers and acquisitions associations, including the International Business Brokers Association and the Merger Network. Mr. Garfield received a B.A. degree from Skidmore College and is completing his Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University.
