Providing Non-Biased Evaluations

The purpose of the Renaissance Partners assessment is to provide a unique, third party perspective that unlocks hidden value or alternatively, identifies superfluous costs. The assessment includes a technical and business evaluation of the assets and business of the company as well as additional information requested by the client.

Typically, a Renaissance Partners business assessment will include the following reports:

  • Technical and operation review of the company's facilities to assess the quality, utility and condition of the assets.
  • Feasibility assessment, including a review of optimal asset deployment, capital expenditures and management and production staffing.
  • A competitive assessment of the company's costs and product capabilities.
  • A market assessment, which will establish the future prospects for the company.
