Leo A. Keevican, Jr., has worked extensively with both privately and publicly held companies throughout his career and has completed transactions involving operations or companies throughout the United States and in Europe, Asia, South and Central America and the Middle East.
Mr. Keevican has worked on acquisitions, recapitalizations and sales of a number of manufacturing, distribution and service companies. His experience includes the structuring of complex acquisitions and financings for companies in a wide range of businesses and industries. He formally established his M&A practice with the 1977 representation of the sellers of L.B. Foster Company in Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts' first leveraged buyout. Since then Mr. Keevican has developed a reputation as one of the top M&A advisors in the United States.
Mr. Keevican received a B.A. degree, with honors, from Yale University and attended graduate school in economics at the Pennsylvania State University. He is also a graduate of the Boston University School of Law.|
