Jared N. Leland focuses on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities. As a Principal of Renaissance Partners, Mr. Leland conducts buy-side and sell-side searches, drafts and presents business plans and proposals, and structures and otherwise arranges financing for clients throughout the country. As a founder of the firm's Entertainment Practice, Mr. Leland also manages transactions involving the production, distribution, and financing of motion pictures and television programs as well as the acquisition and disposition of entertainment assets. Mr. Leland received a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College and a J.D. from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
