Mr. Zimmerman focuses on management buyouts and capital raise efforts for start-up companies. Mr. Zimmerman is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law. In addition to maintaining high academic honors while in law school, Mr. Zimmerman clerked for a Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice for a year, assisting by drafting opinions, reviewing petitions and providing reports on petitions to the Court. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Zimmerman worked for several years for a major New York insurance and financial management company by building and maintaining a large, regional base for that company’s estate planning, investment and insurance clients. He is a graduate of Amherst College, where he majored in English. While at Amherst, he captained the school's conference-winning football team.
