Scott A. Williams

Scott A. Williams, Principal, has over 20 years of experience in buying and selling businesses, commercial transactions, securites matters, business workouts and dispute resolution. Working primarily with heavy-industry companies, Mr. Williams has assisted clients in restructuring transactions and developing creative financing arrangements.

In addition to determining and implementing ownership structures and bidding strategies, Mr. Williams has completed unique transactions by restructuring existing indebtedness and obtaining new loans and negotiating financing through a combination of shareholder debt financing, public financing and bank financing.

Mr. Williams received his B.S. degree from Syracuse University and the J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
